Gratitude Board is a digital appreciation and shoutout platform created by Dookun Creative Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use this website, boards, admin tools, signup pages, Chrome Extension, and related services.

2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage Gratitude Boards, activate accounts, process signup requests, provide support, improve the service, monitor usage, prevent abuse, maintain security, and communicate important account or service updates.
3. Public Board Content
When a Gratitude Board is published, the information displayed on that board may be visible to anyone with the public board link. This may include names, photos, shoutout messages, roles, country flags, LinkedIn links, captions, and other board content.
4. Uploaded Images and Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right, permission, or consent to upload and use any images, names, profile details, LinkedIn URLs, country information, and shoutout content submitted to Gratitude Board.
5. Music and Audio
Preset music, audio files, and sound assets made available inside Gratitude Board are the property of Dookun Creative Digital unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, extract, download, redistribute, resell, remix, sublicense, or reuse the music outside the Gratitude Board platform without written permission.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on Gratitude Board. Payment processing is subject to the privacy policy and terms of the payment provider.
7. Cookies, Sessions, and Tracking
We may use cookies, sessions, server logs, and analytics-style tracking to keep users logged in, protect accounts, understand usage, track board visits, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
8. Chrome Extension
Gratitude Board Lite, the Chrome Extension, is intended as a lightweight preview tool. It may link users to Gratitude Board pages for signup, sample boards, privacy policy, terms, and downloads. Data entered into the extension is used to generate a local mini preview unless submitted through the Gratitude Board website.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate the platform, process payments, provide hosting, send communications, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.
