These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Gratitude Board, a digital appreciation and shoutout platform created by Dookun Creative Digital. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
Gratitude Board allows users to create interactive appreciation boards for social media, teams, communities, events, client recognition, personal shoutouts, campaigns, and related use cases.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
3. User Content
You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, publish, or share through Gratitude Board, including names, images, profile details, LinkedIn links, country information, captions, roles, and shoutout text.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or consent to use any submitted content. Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or violates another person’s privacy or rights.
4. Public Boards
Published boards may be accessible to anyone with the board link. Do not publish personal information, photos, or profile details unless you have permission or a lawful basis to do so.
5. Music and Audio Ownership
Preset music, audio files, and sound assets made available inside Gratitude Board are the property of Dookun Creative Digital unless otherwise stated.
Users are granted a limited right to use available preset music only as part of Gratitude Boards created and published on this platform. Users may not download, extract, copy, redistribute, resell, remix, sublicense, or use the music outside Gratitude Board without written permission from Dookun Creative Digital.
6. Future User-Uploaded Audio
If user-uploaded audio is introduced in the future, users will be responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any uploaded audio. Dookun Creative Digital may remove audio that appears to infringe rights or violate these terms.
7. Chrome Extension
Gratitude Board Lite is a free Chrome Extension intended to provide a limited preview experience. The extension may include restrictions such as one free shape, limited people, basic shoutouts, and preview-only functionality. Full platform features may require signup or payment.
8. Payments and Access
Paid access, promotional access, free access, or complimentary access may be granted at the discretion of Dookun Creative Digital. Pricing, features, availability, promotions, and access rules may change over time.
9. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are generally for digital setup, access, and platform usage. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Gratitude Board to harass others, impersonate people, upload unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape data, misuse public board links, or interfere with platform operations.
11. Intellectual Property
The Gratitude Board platform, design, branding, software, templates, layouts, interface elements, music, audio assets, and related materials are owned by Dookun Creative Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, clone, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform or its assets without written permission.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be changed, paused, removed, restricted, or improved over time.
13. Account Suspension or Removal
Dookun Creative Digital may suspend or remove accounts, boards, uploads, content, or access that violate these terms, create risk, abuse the service, or raise legal, payment, operational, or security concerns.
14. Limitation of Liability
Gratitude Board is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dookun Creative Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or loss-of-business damages arising from use of the platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
